A rapper, a mime and a comedian walk into a church…

That sounds like the opening salvo of a stand-up routine doesn’t it? Actually, that’s pretty much the way it happened when three Christian entertainers stood up to wow the crowd.

It was an evening to celebrate a special birthday. The entertainers took the celebrants to a foot stomping, awe-struck, side splitting time. Along with words of appreciation from family, friends, congregants and dignitaries, it was an appropriate to say ‘Thanks’ to the man of God.

Happy birthday Pastor.

Note: It has just occurred to me several days after writing this post. There has been an uproar over white people who put on black face. Is it equally offensive for a black person to put on white face?

Well, let’s see who wears white face.
