Float Painting

Floats are prepared at various locations in and around Pasadena. I spoke to some of the volunteers who had worked on them. They told me that it was a felony to tale any part of the float out of the pavilion, so the lady telling us of her experiences said that she even shook the dust out of her hair before leaving.
Workers swarmed over this pirate ship putting the final touches on it before tomorrow’s parade. I enjoyed meeting people from around the United States, and I especially enjoyed hand out Talent Search tracts.
