1.Free Sketch: I’ve learned over many years and hundreds (probably thousands) of paintings and drawings that the best results often begin with a simple sketch. So, take some photos of your home or business and I will complete a simple sketch and email a copy to you for your evaluation. it’s free! Email them to: Keni Arts. Or you may snail-mail them to the address below. Please see the ‘Photos’ page in the ‘About’ category.

2.Quality Materials: I use professional grade transparent watercolors on Arches 100% cotton, acid free watercolor paper for your painting. If you are ordering a sketch, I use permanent India ink on a professional grade, acid-free hot-pressed illustration board.

3.Matt Included: Each painting and drawing will arrive in a professionally cut matt with a beveled opening. The matt is buffered and pH neutral, a must for valuable artwork.

4.Insured Shipping: Shipping and handling is included in the price (U.S. residents). It will be insured with a required signature. Please contact me for more information if you are shipping outside the United States.

5.Satisfaction Guaranteed: You have my promise to do the best job I can to present you with artwork that will give you many years of pleasure. However, if, after you receive the artwork you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund less 20% of the purchase price; a small fee to cover a bit of my time, materials and shipping costs.

6.Photographs: My ability to capture the character of your home or office building depends a lot on the quality of photographs you send. Please see the ‘Photos’ page in the ‘About’ category.

8.Delivery Time: A painting can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete and deliver to you. Drawings often arrive sooner. Rush orders can often be fulfilled, but please order early to avoid those additional charges.
